For Tank cartridges only. These are designed to poke a hole in the Ego Tank cartridge.

The Ego uses 2 types of atomizers, type a and type b. The type a is cone shaped and uses a smaller cartridge. The type b has a cylinder shaped atomizer and uses a larger cartridge. The only difference between the 2 is the size and shape.
